here is how to make baked bean muffins.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of baked beans
  • 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup of molasses
  • 1/4 cup of soy milk
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

Instructions

  1. cook the baked beans (if you don’t want chunks blend before cooking)
  2. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. Grease a muffin tin or line with muffin cups.
  4. In a large bowl, mix together the baked beans, vegetable oil, brown sugar, molasses, and soy milk.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  6. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
  7. Spoon the batter into the muffin cups.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
